Expectations include 5 years field experience in architectural metals with cap metal, counter flashing, soffits, standing seam roofs, and metal wall panels. Must have ability to train and supervise people in multiple jobs, have good customer skills, and be able to read prints. Need good organization and drive to grow this segment of the company. We are looking for a problem solver as well as someone with good verbal and written skills. Other helpful skills include auto brake experience with computer and bidding experience.
